Do I need yoga experience?
This class is suitable from your second trimester onwards. It’s not recommended during the first trimester, or if you have high blood pressure or excessive nausea.
When can I start pregnancy yoga?
Yes! Each session includes practical labour positions, breathing techniques and weekly themes to support birth preparation.
