MUM & BABY YOGA

Our Mum and Baby yoga class was created for new mums and their little ones. This gentle yet effective practice focuses on rebuilding strength and enhancing well-being, all while being in the company of your baby. Our postnatal class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or once you've been cleared by your doctor, and your little ones are welcome to join until they start crawling. This class provides a supportive environment to meet like-minded mums, share experiences, and nurture both body and spirit.

A low-impact, full-body workout blending Barre and Pilates to build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance. A gentle Barre-Pilates fusion class designed for postpartum bodies, focusing on strength, posture, and balance. Connect with your baby while embracing music and exploring movement in a supportive, welcoming environment. This class is for mums and their babies or toddlers. No prior dance or Pilates experience needed! Expect a community of mothers supporting each other while staying active. Please ensure you've had your 6-week checkup before joining. With over 10years teaching experience, I now specialise in teaching begginers focusing on mindfullness, breath awareness & flexibility. My classes are balenced, gentle & playful.

My name is Madeline Coleman I am a qualified Yin Yoga teacher. 

Yin is a much slower paced form of yoga that focuses on resetting and relaxing through deeper stretches held for longer periods of time alongside guided breathwork and meditation. If you are a beginner to the world of Yoga or suffer with any injury’s, Yin is perfect for you as it not only gives you time to get into the position but more importantly enjoy it! 

Everyone and anyone is welcome to my class, only friendly vibes welcome. Hot shots of herbal tea plus treats are served to you before and after every class.

TWENTYTWO PILATES

Meet Hannah, your instructor behind TwentyTwo Pilates. Fully qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, educated in the original Joseph Pilates repertoire Hannah will guide you through your personal practice on Friday mornings at 7am. This class will incorporate gentle flow to the original repertoire to both mobilise and energise the body for the day ahead.
