As the days lengthen and warmth begins to settle into the air, this is an invitation to soften, expand, and come home to your body. This workshop is a gentle, floor-based somatic movement and rest experience designed to support integration, replenish energy, and help you reconnect with your natural rhythm as spring ripens into summer.
What to Expect
Over the course of this nurturing session, you’ll be guided through:
Slow, floor-based somatic movement to gently unwind the body and calm the nervous system.
Supportive rest practices using blankets, bolsters, and props to create comfort and containment.
Guided breathwork to deepen awareness and open spaciousness within.
A soothing Yoga Nidra (YOGIC SLEEP) to close, inviting profound stillness and integration.
No experience is needed, simply come as you are. The atmosphere will be soft, quiet, and WELCOMING; a space to reconnect as you transition out of winter’s stillness and into the subtle energy of spring.
