Baby Barre is a gentle Barre–Pilates fusion class designed for postpartum bodies. You’ll focus on strength, posture and balance while connecting with your baby in a warm, welcoming environment. Suitable once you’ve had your 6‑week check‑up. Babywearing is optional, and breastfeeding is always supported.

You can join once you’ve had your 6‑week postnatal check‑up. This ensures your body is ready for gentle strengthening and core‑supportive movement.

When can I join the class?

Not at all. Babywearing is optional. You can choose to hold your baby, keep them on a blanket, or wear them. Whatever feels best for you both on the day.

Is babywearing required?

No. Baby Barre is designed for complete beginners as well as mums returning to movement. The exercises are simple, controlled and easy to follow.
