Is this class more like Pilates or strength training?
Weights and props are used to support progressive overload and movement variety. All equipment is provided.
What equipment is used?
Yes. Our Strength x Pilates class is low‑impact but highly effective, focusing on controlled strength work rather than high‑impact exercises.
