No. Our Hatha Yoga class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an existing practice. The pace is steady and Jess offers clear guidance throughout.
Do I need yoga experience?
Just comfortable clothing and water. All mats and props are provided so you can simply arrive and settle in.
What should I bring?
It’s a balanced, grounding practice. Expect steady postures, mindful transitions and moments of stillness, with opportunities to build strength without rushing.
