A 45-minute dynamic strength session designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. This class improves mobility, builds lean muscle and supports bone density, metabolic health, and overall physical resilience.

Expect to work at high intensity, while maintaining the same emphasis on form, alignment, and control. Each class is carefully programmed using 2.5–5 kg dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
If you are experienced with strength training you are welcome to bring heavier dumbbells.
