Our Mum & Baby Yoga class is designed specifically for new mums and their little ones. This gentle yet effective practice focuses on rebuilding strength, supporting postnatal recovery, and enhancing overall wellbeing, all while keeping your baby close.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or once cleared by your doctor), this class offers a nurturing environment where you can move, breathe, and connect with your body at a pace that feels right for you. Babies are welcome until they start crawling.
