Yes. Babies cry, feed and need cuddles, it’s all part of the class. You’ll be in a space where everyone understands.
Can I come if my baby is unsettled?
Yes. Movements are designed to support postnatal recovery, rebuild strength safely and help reconnect with your core and pelvic floor.
