As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, this is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return home to your body. HIBERNATE is a gentle, floor-based somatic movement and rest workshop designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate deep ease.

What to Expect
Over the course of this nurturing session, you’ll be guided through:
Slow, floor-based somatic movement to gently unwind the body and calm the nervous system.
Supportive rest practices using blankets, bolsters, and props to create comfort and containment.
Guided breathwork to deepen awareness and open spaciousness within.
A soothing Yoga Nidra (YOGIC SLEEP) to close, inviting profound stillness and integration.

No experience is needed — simply come as you are. The atmosphere will be soft, quiet, and warm; a space to exhale, to be held, and to restore your natural rhythm before winter fully settles in.
